As Pedro reminded us a year ago, the Independent Games Festival is the place for independent, original games. This year's winner "allows players to experience what it would be like to transform drawings into physical objects". The video of the demo (embedded below) looks great. I am also going to checkout World of Goo and Audiosurf.

Crayon Physics Deluxe is now available for the iPhone / iPod Touch (and for the PC) and is worth every penny!
